I'm trying to decide what colleges I should apply to.

I'm planning to apply to these colleges:
Harvey Mudd
Duke
Penn
Vanderbilt
UVA
Yale
MIT
(what are my chances there too)

Alright, now the fun part: my stats.
I am a white, non-underprivaleged male who lives in Houston. I go to a very competitive private school, St. John's. I am currently a Senior. My mom was born in Panama, so I have the option to declare myself Hispanic. (I don't want to though).

SAT: 2350
Math: 800
Lit:750

Class Rank: 4/136

GPA: 98/100

SAT II:
Chemistry - 800
Biology - 800
World Hist - 800
Math 2- 800
Lit - 800

PSAT - 238 (The question I got wrong was a ScanTron error)

I also have 5s on APs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, World History, BC Calc

ECs:
Volunteer Firefighter (11-12)
Patent Pending for an improvement on the dual flush toilet
Hispanic Affinity Group Founder & Pres (10-12)

Varsity Cross Country (9-11 Captain 12)

Awards:

No legacy to any school I'd be interested in (Dad's side has a history of going to UT and my Mom was the first in her family to go to college at LSU)

I'd be lying if I said I didn't think my stats were good. But I'm not trying to brag, and I do not mean to come off like that. I simply want to know what colleges you guys think would be a good fit for me. Thanks.
