What schools do you think you will be rejected from?

I think I will be rejected from
USC
UCLA
UCSD
Tufts
maybe UCI

bad karma man, dont do it…

Berkeley and U-mich.

I have my reasons though. (OOS for both, SAT scores kinda low[1940], everything else kinda upto par but whatever).

I agree with trackdude410.

It’d freak me out…Cursing myself? Haha. I don’t know. It feels silly to think that, but I can’t help feel it.

Hahah really to me I think that expecting to get rejected from some place is good because if you do get rejected you thought you would anyway so you feel ok and if you get in you are extra happy.

its not bad karma trackdude and optimization, its merely being realistic.

ive applied to grinnell, oberlin, macalester, middlebury, whitman, reed, skidmore, and i think i may get rejected by middlebury, macalester, and grinnell.

This website makes me think I’ll get rejected from my local community college.

^i feel that way too sometimes, lol. CC is filled with many superachievers.

I agree with dreams16. Lower your expectations so you won’t get hurt when they’re fulfilled. :P

I think I’ll get rejected from Brown University. Why? Because I don’t have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and I don’t have a 36 ACT score. Or some other silly reason like that.

Yale, Tufts, Georgetown, BC, and Wesleyan

Grinnell and Colgate seem to be the ones that would be most likely to reject me. Colgate because they’re not need-blind and they’re selective, Grinnell because I probably didn’t put enough effort into their application and they’re pretty selective.

Probably Swarthmore at the very least. This is making me feel very insecure. Why is Swarthmore so hard to get into now? It makes me feel sad.

dchow08- Good luck with Swat. I was rejected there ED (but two of my friends got in, so they’re accepting some people!).

Probably all my top choices. I don’t know what I was thinking. With an 1850 SAT score, please. Even my decent SAT II scores can’t make up for that. DX

if you guys end up getting in, please come back and post. that would be far more encouraging than what this thread is right now…=)

Harvard …

harvard, yale, mit, upenn (wharton)

i wish i had applied to more matches

Virginia, Cornell, Vanderbilt, Hopkins…so pretty much all the decent schools I applied to.

Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Berkeley (OOS)

We’ll see, though. It’s like six weeks until most of my decisions get released now.

every school
