stop doing this, u have to have some faith in urself, regardless, getting ur hopes down is stupid…

I do have some faith in myself it is just that i do not have faith in the adcoms. Plus getting into college is extremly competitive this year and I do not have amazing grades or SAT scores.

So your grades / SAT are the adcoms fault?

duke and penn :(

i would love to go to either. my sat & sat 2s were not pretty.

Columbia and perhaps Duke.

Arizona- Already accepted
Claremont McKenna- Already accepted
USC- I think I’ll get in

Stanford- Probably rejected
Harvard- Probably rejected
Penn (Wharton)- Probably rejected
^^^^
I’d be absolutely ecstatic if I got into one of these three.

No it is not the adcoms fault it is just I wish that they would realize that I have more to myself than my GPA and SAT score.

MIT, Princeton, Stanford and UCB :(

I am reallllllly hoping to get into MIT, but then, its crapshoot for anyone to hope for that
Considering I am international, its even more crapshoot…

all .

every single one

and no, i’m not being pessimistic.

^ me niether. if i were to apply to college rite now. hoepfully ill bring up my accomplishments these coming months

RISD, because I didn’t send them my artist statement. I can’t see why they would accept me! What a waste of the application fee…

Knox might reject me. They accept more than half of their applicants, but I have a feeling they might pick people with better grades over me.

Hampshire and Bennington are both maybes.

I think getting your hopes down is better than getting them up too high. If I think too hard about how I’m going to get in somewhere, it’ll be more crushing when the rejection letter comes in than if I get rejected and were more apathetic about it. Anyway, I’ll for sure get rejected from Stanford, Yale, and Columbia. Probably USC even though it’s my top choice right now.

Upcoming Rejections: Harvard, Princeton, Brown PLME (um, especially because of this ORDEAL with my interviewer), Yale

Upcoming Waitlists: NYU Stern

wooooo!! and by “woooo” I mean, woeeeeeeeee DDDDDD:

every school besides my state school, which I wouldn’t mind that much either

Stanford and Northwestern, but paranoia is making me think USC as well.

UC Berkeley for sure.

My stats are quite below the average there. I was hoping ECs would save my ass but I don’t care anymore. It’s a tough bet so I’ll stay at home.

Yeah, I knew my SAT score was on the low side for USC, but I figured my good GPA and rank would pull me through… I don’t know if it will, though.

Penn, MIT, Northwestern, Rice, UTexas Austin (OOS), UMich (OOS) (just got deferred but a rejection will follow), Carnegie Mellon

Could possibly get into: Case Western, RPI, BU

might be rejected from Penn

borderline for Rice and Cal
