What schools should I be looking at? PLEASE HELP!

First, I am going to start off by saying that I am 110% applying ED to Brown University. It has been my dream school for as long as I could remember. I'm a white female from Florida in an affluent neighborhood (not saying I'm wealthy) and I go to a pretty competitive public school. I really would love to attend a school in the North East part of the country.

If anyone could chance me for Brown or give me suggestions to the type of schools I should be looking at, I would really really really appreciate it.

RANK: 38/634. I really don't know how this is possible. I've gotten one B in my entire life; my school is crazy.
GPA: 3.9167
HPA: 4.4896
PSAT: 1750 taken blind. I'm going to two tutors a week to attempt to get National Merit.
SAT II: World History, 700

EC's:
Starting a St. Baldrick's club (Co-President), Key Club (Director of Community Service), Model UN, NHS, National Spanish Honor Society, AP Scholar, BBYO (my life basically revolves around it), Student Government class, etc. I know I don't have a LOT of EC's, but I figured it's better to become really involved in things you love doing than being all over the place just to show how many clubs you can be a part of.

Again, I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me!
