What schools should I be looking at?

Current high school junior here, wondering where I should be looking. Interested in mechanical/bio engineering

Gen. info: White, 200k+ income (i’ll be able to pay full tuition wherever), probably OOS for every school I apply to (besides safety). Private high school, decent, avg act score probably a 25

UW GPA - 4.0, W- 4.5 or higher, my school uses weird scale
ACT: 33 (31 M, 33 S, 33 E, 35 R)
SAT: 1470 (770 math, 700 other)
AP classes: taken/taking 8 so far, plan on 5-6 more next year. Math/science oriented
Class rank: Not offically reported, but I know I’m in the top 10 out of ~300 based off an award I recieved

EC’s (lacking imo) - 3 year sport, varsity for 2, leadership, plan on doing it next year too. 100 hrs of service with same organization each year. Peer tutoring, honor societies, member of an engineering oriented club, have leadership in two other random clubs

Essays: I’m a decent writer, don’t think I’ll come up with anything super special tho

What range of schools do you think I should apply to? I don’t think I’m qualified for top 20 (maybe 1 or 2 as super reach schools, i have legacy at WashU for example), but what about top 30/40/50?

Schools i’m interested in currently:
-BU
-Georgia tech
-UMich
-Purdue engineering
-Case Western
-Northeastern

Is my list too reach heavy? What are some good match schools for me, is basically my question

Lehigh, Bucknell, RPI, WPI, Vanderbilt (reach but it is for everyone).

Good suggestions above. More ideas: Carnegie Mellon, Harvey Mudd, Lafayette, Trinity University, Union College, UIUC, Virginia Tech.
