What schools take ACT instead of SAT??

Ok so the thing is, I didn't do well on the SATI (680V710M) or the SATIIs (640Bio-670IIC-750Wri) BUT I did do better on the ACTs--33 comp

So, my ? is, can I just leave off all that SAT stuff?? Or are there some schools that would let me do that?? Thanks :-)

I don't know that any one has made a list of ACT only schools. My recommendation is to check the websites of the schools you might be interested in.

almost all of the schools take either

There are a few very rural schools that require the ACT. But they have averages of like 14 and 15. Most schools take either, although the SAT is preferred by many colleges on the coasts.

Thanks Guys :d

The following do not take the ACT: Wake Forest, Harvey Mudd. The following do not take the SAT: Brigham Young.
Princeton accepts the ACT only if it is the required test at other colleges to which you are applying (for all practical purposes that means it does not take the ACT unless the only other college you are applying to is Brigham Young). At all other colleges, you can send the ACT or SAT.

Not too many schools require SAT II's, but those that do are usually your high ranked. Of those, at least the following accept the ACT in lieu of both the SAT and SAT II's: Yale, Penn, Brown, John Hopkins, Duke, Tufts, Wesleyan, Wellesley, Amherst, Vassar. There are more but I canot think of all of them now.

WOW thanks for the info...that changes a lot!! :-D
