What Scores to send

Hey guys, I was wondering what scores I should submit to the colleges. Yes I am aware that my scores are not necessarily high like everyone else here but any info would be great. I am thinking about submitting the ACT score only, are there any negatives of only submitting my highest ACT score (took an ACT before but it was 24). Will it be better for me to not send any of my SAT scores and just submit the single ACT score? I heard that admissions at UC's are able to see all my SAT scores and I've taken the SAT 3 times and they are all in the 160'0's. Thanks!

ACT: Composite 28
SAT: 1670 overall.

ACT for sure. Your 1670 SAT converts to about a 23 on the ACT. You can submit only the one ACT score and schools will not see the other test scores. Consider submitting the other ACT score/s, however, if any subsections are higher on a different test in case your schools superscore the ACT (you could wind up with a higher composite score).
