Is it just when you put down your college deposit (and/or housing deposit)? Or do you actually have to submit your irrevocable preferences for where you’d like to live (the student will need to do more research about that). Thanks.
Just the deposit. You submit preference much later.
You can submit preferences multiple times up until the date housing is due in May. My son switched room mates and order of residence halls a few times
