To make this short:

I took the May SAT earlier this year. During that period, I had a terrible Fever and was so persistent to take the test. I took it, was about to faint; all in all I screwed myself over. With my stubborn self, I decided to take the June SAT, which was one week right after that. Obviously, I did not do well at all and by the end of june, beginning of july; was hospitalized.

I'm taking immunosuppresive meds and meds which is considered chemotherapy (both of which shut down my immune system). Doing the math, you know realize that I'm pretty much vulnerable to anything

As of September, my new quack of a doctor switched medication dosages; in turn causing me hypertension and other stuff that is quite unpleasant (don't ask). That caused me to also not do well during the october SATs

I just will say this. I've been suffering from my illness from freshman year. I have been undergoing agonizing pain just to maintain my grades and stay on top. I have studied rigorously during the summer with official practice tests and got high grades (1800+)

Now here's the question: I am planning to take the Jan SAT as well as Feb ACT (the ACT to supplement the requirement for the SAT II subjects). As I send my apps to the colleges, should I also send the old bad SAT scores and notify them of my circumstance in detail (in the essay) or never send the SAT scores to the colleges from the collegeboard site (despite those 3 months being recorded on my transcript)****

I have received my letter from St. John's for pharmacy and got denied (it was my only hope for getting accepted into a college I want)

I'm in the top 10 of 200+ kids
3.7+ GPA /4.0
Good essay
No after school activities (due to my horrible circumstance)
I do have hobbies

SAT scores (combined with all months) is a 500Math, 500CR, 530Writing. Each of these scores came from their respective months as being the highest (i.e. 500 math, highest in may compared to other sections, 500 CR, highest in june compared to other sections, 530 in writing, highest in october compared to other sections)

The colleges I'm applying to are
4/all Ivy schools
&
NYU

After getting denied from St. John's, I'm afraid that I'll get denied to NYU. So could someone please answer the question?

EDIT: Forgot to say: I'm taking all AP courses in senior year
The courses themselves are also considered valid for college credit (College advantage program)
