School is almost over and I am finally going to become a Senior! :D

What should I be doing? I am taking my ACT this Saturday (I'm late), I have my community service complete and I have a letter of recommendation (need two more). Should I begin working on college applications? What else do I need to complete? x.x Thank you.

^ Hahaha says someone whose name is HARDWORKFTW.

But I wouldn’t just lay around all summer. Definitely work a little on applications, especially if you are applying for any schools EA or ED. You will be glad you could do it when you had the time. If you just do nothing all summer, you will be extremely bored. Visit some colleges, start on your summer reading, maybe get a job. It depends on what you like to do, but don’t push yourself to be too busy, either.

I would say definitely write some application essays! If you have a teacher (preferably an English teacher) who will help you with that over the summer, that’s even better (mine told us we can e-mail him for help and he’d reply back).

Otherwise, what Aerobug has covered; visit colleges, map out any future dates and create a plan for that (when applications are due, etc.), and try to relax beyond that. If you still have time to get a job, I would definitely recommend that. Otherwise, do summer reading/work if you have any, and just take it easy.

lolaight, makes sense given that i’m not applying to any but if that’s what you want to think. :)

Lol thanks guys. :)
