What should I be working on?

Like you've probably heard from a billion people before me, Stanford has been my dream college since I was like 6. My parents don't know anything about college admissions and applications though, and I've only realized that this was important recently and I'm behind...

Class of 2013, so I'll be a junior when school starts
unweighted GPA: 4.00
weighted GPA: 4.18 (combined fresh+ soph)
4.50 (soph)
PSAT: 222
SAT2: Chem 790
APs: Chinese (5)

Clubs: I'm part of my Model UN club, Math Club, and Debate Club. I really enjoy these clubs and have been doing them since freshman year, ('cept debate club, because it was made this year) I'm not a president or manage the club at all though and I don't have too much of an interest in doing so.

I also plan to make an Art Club next year

Extracurricular: I don't do much, I take art classes and that's about it. I used to play violin, did so for about 8 years, but hated it. I plan to volunteer at my mom's lab this summer and during my junior year though. I've also gotten about 60 hours of volunteer time tutoring children, which isn't much stills something.

This summer: I'm taking a Microelectronics course at Berkeley and hopefully that'll help me next year, as I'm planning to do a nanotechnology internship.

College plan:
I want to apply to Stanford's engineering school. I'm a girl, so I hope that'll give me a boost; however, I am Chinese too and I know colleges care about diversity and being Asian doesn't add diversity in engineering.

So that's me basically, academics wise :/ It's not too impressive, so I'd really like some advice on making me look more Stanford worthy. I've heard that Stanford likes "well rounded people", what are some things that I can do to get there without selling my soul?

Frick… I’m so screwed -.-
AP Chem - 4
AP Art History- 5

I guess I’m not majoring in Chemistry now… how bad is a 4 when you want to join an ivy league?
