what should i choose?!

i keep switiching my mind between berkeley and drexel/drexel(guaranteed med program). berk seems so much better, as in you get the whole college experience, while the people at drexel only find it okay. i visited berk and i didnt like it much. but then again berkeley is cut throat competitive while drexel is giving me that guaranteed seat into med school.

ANY input will be greatly appreciated!

If you visited Berkeley and didn't like it much, what's to think about? Life's short. Be happy with your decision.

ohh noo shoot i meant to say i visited drexel and i didnt like it much. i LOVED berk. but is it worth giving up a guaranteed seat in med school?

Science classes at Cal are tough, tougher than you will have to take at a crappy med school, but not any more tough than the kind you take at top tier med schools. As with everything, it depends.

The guarenteed seat is a big deal, but so is the four years of college. You should outline the list of positives and negatives associated with each school, and then think about how you would feel with 4 (or 8 for Drexel, at least, I think it's 8 and on the same campus, or just 4) at each. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do you know for sure that medicine is where you want to be? Is the experience at Berkeley worth sacrificing for the med school guarentee? How much of a guarentee is it, anyway?

If you loved Berkeley, that's a different story. I would give up the guarantee at Drexel and attend Berkeley, if it were me. Lots can change in the next 4 years either at Berkeley or Drexel.

go where you feel you will get the most out of your experience and whichever will prepare you for the long term..dont just go to drexel bc its a guaranteed, you'll regre t it. if you end up choosing drexel, i hope you have more reasons than just that.

thanksssssssss
