What should I do about my TERRIBLE CR score?

<p>Ok, I took the SAT for the first time in April.
I got:
Verbal - 450
Math - 650
Writing - 540</p>

<p>I didn't really stuy and I know the verbal score was pretty bad, but I sign up for the test again in June and study for it and figure my scores should go up somewhat. NOT SO FAST</p>

<p>I got:
Verbal - 450 AGAIN
Math - 660
Writing - 610</p>

<p>I've taken the SAT twice, and got a 450 on the verbal part TWICE. What should I do about this terrible verbal score. Should I take the SAT again in October and what could I do to improve my score?</p>
