What Should I Do - Big Gap Between CR and Math

<p>I'm an international and got 1790 in SAT overall.</p>

<p>But the gaps between CR, Math and Writing are pretty obvious:
CR=470, Math=760, W=560
I also have good SAT2 scores:
Math 2=770, Physics=800</p>

<p>So will it hurt a lot if I apply schools which need a 1800s SAT?
Will they focus on the sum of the 2(or 3?)sections or will every school review each section?</p>

<p>Please help.</p>

<p>What types of “1800s” schools are you applying to? And, what is your intended major?</p>

<p>If you’re an international, you need to be above American standards. If it’s an 1800 school, shoot for 2000-2100. Just buy some books and get better</p>
