Yes, there are colleges and universities where an SAT of 2000 and a GPA of 3.0 would have qualified you for a full-ride (tuition, fees, housing, and meals) had you been applying this year. You have time to increase your GPA and your ACT/SAT score, so there should be a number of good options for a nearly free education available to you when you reach your last year of high school.</p>
