I have two options:
(my passion is art history and i'm going to volunteer at the art gallery for most of the summer and all throughout my senior year)

1) Go to india for a service trip, for almost all of july
2) Get some legit work experience (ie: working at a cafe, restaurant, etc.)

First option costs a whole lot (upwards of 5000 probably), but ties in with my focus and what I have been doing (volunteer, international development and global citizenry, etc.)

^woops sorry, first-timer and didn’t realize that i was on the wrong forum D:
Thanks though!!
It’s a bit of a strain actually, which is why i’m having a hard time because my parents are telling me to go if i really do want to…

Im actually a junior right now so nxt year will be applying to uni (sigh) :SS The thing is, im not a citizen of the country im currently living in, so was planning on returning to my natal country to visit the fam and get a short-term job for some experience. :SSS
