what should I do? please help

I took the December SAT.
I did ok, but there is a BIG problem.

I was so desperate about raising my CR scores, thus i searched all the past sat answers (the one that not released) from the college confidential and studied the night before my sat test.

after my first break, i was wondering if i got right or wrong for my first cr section so i looked my vocab list - which is past consolidated sc lists from college confidential.

and i got caught. my proctor saw that

the proctor took my vocab list + cc past sat discussion notes that i gathered

and she wrote a report to collegeboard.

she considered my "action" as cheating because i got unauthorized help during breaks.
i thought it was ok to study during the breaks, but it wasn't. i know it's my mistake. a big mistake.

so i looked up the collegeboard policies and found out:

"You may not consult textbooks, other people, electronic devices or any other resources during breaks."

all i knew about "cannot policies" were discussion and electronic devices.
well, yes it's all my stupid excuses.

my proctor wrote on her report something like i was looking at the vocab during the breaks and seems like she discussed the tests with others (<- this is because of my cc discussion thread notes) she is regretting, she is very apologetic.

i explained everything, i defend myself.
and i also criticized that the proctor is subjective.

i said i did not discuss, i did not go back to the other sections, i said i think this part (report that she wrote) could be more accurate by adding this and so..

but what my proctor said was:
there is a possibility. so what, are you saying that this is inaccurate? you wanted to be sound better? i'm writing down what i observed, that's it.

and i replied:
i didn't say it's inaccurate or accurate.
i'm talking about the "facts" of what happened.

man...

what should i do?
will my scores be cancelled?
can i take the SAT next time?

does anyone know?

please give any opinions/suggestions of what i should do at this point.
or what i should not do at this point.

thanks.

Your scores might be canceled, but I think you’ll be able to take the SAT again.

do you think the college will know about this?
thank you, by the way.

Probably… Maybe you should just take the ACTs
