So today in my French class, I was fiddling around with some of these toys during the time where we weren't really doing anything. We were about to start, and I wasn't planning on playing with them any longer, and then my French teacher scolded me and told me to put them away, even though I already was about to. And then I realized I forgot to bring my notebook, and then she got really mad and wrote it down in her grade book, saying that it wasn't good for my grade. I originally thought she liked me, and I'm doing well in her class, but I just feel really sad when teachers get mad at me when I do stupid things like this.

That happens to me every day of my life. It is not a big deal. Come to class prepared tomorrow and possibly do some sucking up.

I’m one of the better students in class. Should I just be really disciplined now and always bring EVERYTHING and always participate (which I do)? Will that improve the situation?

yeah! I’ve noticed that if a teacher is this sensitive, they don’t tend to hate you, but just become frustrated easily. You can probably make it up by being really disciplined and participating a lot, as you said, and being sweet to the teacher.

From your other thread:

You taking two languages?

^Lol, maybe she just switched the languages? Also, maybe she takes two? I have a couple of friends who do that.
