<p>i am in a moment in my life where i have to make one of those life changing decisions. i have recently been accepted to uc santa cruz but i reside in san diego california. i kind of am regretting not applying to sdsu and am considering the pros of staying in san diego. i could elect to go to community college and 2 years later transfer to sdsu or go straight to uc santa cruz</p>
<p>Why are you having second thoughts? Does UCSC not provide the major your want? Is the problem financial (you can live it home if you stay in SD and save money?) Is the issue that you have family responsibilities you are reluctant to leave behind? The reason why you are rethinking this decision this is important for us to understand if we are going to offer reasonable advice.</p>
<p>Are you kidding?! Go to UC Santa Cruz - it is a GREAT school - much better that SDSU - and there are some stellar faculty members there.</p>
