What should i do?

hi, i am currently a sophomorein high school, and my parents are pressuring me to start studying for the SAT's next spring, but i have no idea wheree too sttarrrt!!!!, so can someone please reccomend me some good SAT prep books, so i can get started as soon as possible. thank u

You're taking the SAT this spring, as a soph, or next spring, as a junior? If you're not taking it til next year, there's really not much point in starting to prep this early. Maybe over the summer, but you really only need about 2 months of prep at the most, unless you're like me and naturally suck at these tests.

At any rate...the best books are Cracking the SAT from Princeton Review (best review guide, plus it has a handful of tests), the College Board blue book (a MUST), and Word Smart for the vocab. I also picked up PR's 11 Practice Tests for the New SAT and it's solid too.

yea, im taking next spring as a junior

thank u whowhatwhere, i really appreciate it

Although the Math of Barrons might be a little hard for beginners.

princeton review = low quality (it was published before the college board book)
college board book aka blue book = best
I have a friend who got a 2400 who claim rocket review helped him quite a bit too. But just buy the blue book for now man. you will need that regardless.
