What should I do

Hello everyone,

I am student from India ,I just passed my high school through CBSE curriculum .Hear out my story I feel sick during my physics exam and was ill till my chemistry exam and I scored 48,50 respectively. My other results are
English:82
Maths:92

I have better marks in my Pre Boards in Physics and Chemistry (in 70’s) but lower in Maths Now I am planning to give CBSE improvement exam and now I am determined to score 90+ in all subjects.
My Previous History

I am planning to apply to average to great colleges in USA,Canada and Australia.Do universities accept CBSE improvement exams and If I score great what would be the impact. One of my friends got admitted in NYU he had a conditional letter stating him to score higher than 95% can I get a conditional letter on basis of CBSE improvement examination.

SAT Super Scored :1500
ACT planned :September( getting 31 right now )

Physics:Current score 650
I am starting my classes next week and willing to do whatever it takes to score 800 on math,750/+ in Physics and Chemistry
Do you think my good SAT subject test scores will help my overshadow my less marks while I prepare for improvement

What is your financial situation?

What is your best SAT score in one sitting?
Since you are not a California citizen you will be paying $60,000 a year for the UC’s. (About 4,024,212.00 rupees)

My parents are willing to majority of it If i get and admit in a good university. They are telling me they will only splurge if I at a good admission .I am sure I want major in CS I have already started coding and i am absolutely in love with it .Taking a loan is also an option with the right admit because the ROI is great.

around 1100 (I registered late and did not have adequate time to prepare,It was my first competitive exam in that environment so I was nervous )

So India will employ you well after you graduate?
Coming to a US school means that you are a guest and are expected to return home after you graduate.

You get a 2 year stay back if you come to US which in CS majors jobs pay enough to pay back a loan and beyond that
getting a H1-B visa to work in US is not that difficult since I will be in top of applicant pool considering I spend 6 year in the US which makes my chances higher in H1-B lottery. No I do not want to settle in the US but education and work culture is better working for a couple of years and then come back to India
