what should i do?

hi all, i’m a freshman community college student in NJ (in a very bad area for the coronavirus). i just started my first semester of community college this spring (i took a gap semester in the fall).

i will have 21 credits completed by the fall semester and currently have a 3.70 GPA. i plan on applying to somewhat competitive schools this fall when I am at 30 credits, but i am afraid of not having ANY EC’s on my application will affect me getting accepted into schools.

my college is completely shut down and is currently being used as a testing center for the virus, and will probably remain closed until next fall at the earliest.

i am unable to join any clubs, do any volunteer work, or apply for any internships. i have absolutely no connections with my professions since everything is online and I basically had no chance of getting to know them. in addition, my high school GPA & ACT score were not the best and I had almost no ECs due to medical reasons. is this going to be held against me? hundreds of other applicants are going to have laundry lists of ECs and other activities.

also will getting a Pass/Fail grade for one class be held against me? sorry for the number of questions i have, i am extremely new to college transferring.

thank you!

bump! any info would be helpful!
