What Should I Do?

<p>Hi everyone, i am a Taiwanese currently serving the military. I used to go University of San Francisco but after 3 years transfered to Academy of Arts to pursue advertising. But during my short tenure in the military, i now want to do aerospace engineering. I was wondering how should i apply to the new schools, as a transfer student? (but my grades are really bad), or should i just start over as if i was a highschool senior. thx</p>
