My school is so stupid and they won't allow someone on Student Council to also be an officer of a club. The thing is, this club is like my second passion. I spend a lot of time doing things in this club. I really want to be an officer in this club. What do you think I should do? Should I talk to our dean of students and see if she will let me? Another thing is I am the only one in my junior class with this much dedication to the club and after the current president, who is a senior leaves this year, there is no one else qualified but me. And that I am sure of. And I certainly don't want a future junior to be the president of this club. WHat should i do?

you bring up a good issue. talk to your dean. Even if he doesnt relent, don't worry. Let colleges know about your situation. Some colleges will specifically ask you if your school limits the number of leadership positions you can have, or just write a short blurb about it in the additional info section.
my school does the same: you can only have one major leadership position. But no one enforces it, which is why I'm president of 2 clubs and vice-president of 2 others. :)
