What Should I Do?

Yea I did get the option for a $3,500 subsidized loan and I also received a $2,000 unsubsidized loan, and yea I see what you are saying about being able to stay on campus a whole day without going home, I'll take that into consideration.
As of now I think the best plan I have is like I said to save $750 and when I move in to the apartment use $50 - $75 of that money towards rent to ease the financial strain on my income. If all goes according to plan that should get me through my freshmen year and then hopefully I will get some scholarships and / or a better FAFSA reward to get me through the following year. And if I run out of money for one reason or another my freshmen year then I'll take out that subsidized loan but I have a question... As I already said I was awarded that $3,500 subsidized loan, if I do indeed decide I need to use it do I have to take out the full $3,500? Or Can I just take out like $500, $1,000, etc.?

I also have an unrelated question, when I turn 18 and I'm on my own will I be able to get some type of insurance, particularly health and dental? Medicade perhaps?
