What should I do...

OK, I definetely want to retake my SAT I since I only scored a 1340 (aiming for a 1400, and ill be thrilled) BUT I have to take SAT II's as well. Im thinking of applying ED to Penn, but im not sure November scores will get there on time, so...

What do you guys think I should do in october, retake the SAT or take SAT II's?

uhh did you take the SAT's in january, because the SAT's are currently out of 2400...

im not counting the writing section but I got a 670 on that, so thats a 2010 overall.

you havent taken any SATIIs at all? it might help if u're sure you can score very high on the SATIIs. does Penn require any SATIIs? If it does.. then you'll pretty much have to take the SATIIs.

Penn requires 2 SAT II's

does Penn require them for ED applicants as well? I want to take Math IIC (definetely 700+m on this, hopefully over 750) Spanish (since im a Native speaker) and American History. I think they only use my two best scores, so there you go...

well, im almost postive a school like penn would still require you to have the SATIIs done for ED. I dont know of any schools that waives test requirements because of ED. =/ your choice is basically to do ED (take SATIIz) or regualr admission (take SATIIs, and retake SATIs in november)

^ Actually, G-town waives the SAT II requirement for ED. U-Penn might too.

oh.. tat's pretty cool.. hmm.. maybe my friend could apply to g-town ED.. =D. i just checked Penn's website..it says tat the "final number of SATII required for the class of 2010. would be determined shortly" *shrugs..

Well I visited Penn a week ago and one of the admissions dudes who happened to be doing the info session said 2.
