I just realized I made a mistake on my common app- I accidentally checked the boxes for all four years for an activity that I've only done for two.
Should I contact the college? Its really nagging at me and I feel bad about it - I didn't mean to be dishonest - but I don't know if it would be a hassle for them to deal with??

Eekk I just noticed another mistake - I switched the hours between the activity above it (8 vs 12) too!
I switched the order around before I submitted it, so that must have been where I made the mistake…
facepalm I swear I looked the app over 8+ times before I sent it :/

b u m p ? ? ?

if its a small EC, just leave it and hope that the school don’t find out. If you tell them, they probably will just tell you to either leave it or send it a new one. IMO

Unless you made a significant mistake, you should be fine. Colleges understand that you can’t be exact with numbers (unless you document everything yourself). I think you should be fine, but ask you counselor to make sure.

Its my 2 top ECs :c
I’ll talk to my counselor tomorrow

didn’t get a chance to ask today :(

bumping this…
