What should I double major in?

My first love has always been Art (specifically studio art), but it's always been an iffy matter on whether I should major in it because realistically, it's not the most stable field as far as careers/success goes. My parents have never been supportive of it anyway. Last year, I developed an interest in Political Science so that's now my primary major. I couldn't let go of art so I decided to double major in art and political science, but now I'm thinking the two are too different and I'd like to just stay focus on one realm of studies. I am thinking about double majoring in political science and international studies instead. My future plan is to attend graduate or law school and eventually work for an governmental organization/foreign policy centers/transnational corporations. Double majoring in international studies may be more beneficial for my future plans. However, it would require more classes and stress in my last two years of college. I also can't help thinking if letting go of art is a bad idea, because what if I decide to go into an art profession? The question is, should I stick with a potentially "useless hobby" that I am passionate about or get into a more serious field that requires more work? Would having international studies as a second major make me stand out for graduate/law schools? I am an upcoming junior at UNC Chapel Hill if that matters. Thanks for your time!
