I'm applying RD to Penn, and my first option is the Jerome Fischer Program.

Penn itself is a pretty high reach for me, and I know that the chance of getting into that program is slim, but I figured I might as well apply. What my question is now what should I put as my second option?

What first attracted me to UPenn was the awesome business program (not just the prestige, but the opportunities and the values I learned about Wharton when I toured it). And of course I liked Penn overall as well, but what made me sure I wanted to apply was Wharton.

But the thing is I'm not sure if I want to do business or computer science. Recently, I've actually been leaning towards computer science (but not by a lot) and so now I'm torn about what school to apply to.

So can someone convince me to go one way or the other? Tell me why SEAS is a good or bad school, or the difference in admission statistics or the high difficulty to transfer from one school to the other in comparison to the other way around.
Thanks!
