What Should I major in?

Ok so I have a LONG time before I apply (im a sophomore) but I'd like to start to get a better idea of what type of major would best suit me and the best schools for those majors--and what you think my chances are of getting into them.

Ok so I know I want to major in business but I need help figuring out what minors I should look into and the best schools for this passion/my likelihood of getting in. I'm not sure if I should go into medicine anymore...for most of my life that was "my plan" but I feel it's too complicated for me--you will see why:

I started a nonprofit organization to help children of the developing world break the bonds of poverty through education. I'm going to give you some info about the group and our accomplishments to give you a clear picture: Since I started the organization a year ago we've raised about 10 grand to support two orphanages and we are working on school supply drives to bring needed resources to a site in Mumbai, India. So we've raised 90% of our funds through selling jewelry which I have pretty much designed with the help of some key people. Some of our pieces are "high end" and others are more for everyday use. My plan is to get our jewelry into stores within the next two months and online. I'm confident that we will raise $10 grand in 8 months once we get that rolling through that approach alone. We are also holding local community events to raise funds--we are partnering up with an organization to build a classroom in rural Kenya.

I'm very passionate about this work, it's hard to express in words. Our group is small at the moment but I really believe that within a year we are going to have a very meaningful impact at the sites we support and it will gain somewhat of a reputation. I'm NOT doing this work to get into schools--it is 100% for the children at our sites--but I'm sure this should help me "stand out."

Some other things I do:
Speech and Debate
Tennis (might quit though--I have a love hate relationship with it, but does it look good on your applications? I like it for fun but im just JV worthy)

My GPA at the moment is low: 3.52 and 3.58 w---but I have a 4.0 at the moment for this and hopefully I'll get a 4.17 for this semester...
My junior year grades will bring me up to:
3.86 weighted; 3.76 unweighted
1st semester senior grades
3.95 weighted; 3.82 unweighted
--my school is one of the top public schools in the state
