What should I major in?

I know that I want to go into economics. I want to learn economics more from a psychological view rather then math. I want to learn not necessarly the stock market, but instead how economics affects a person everyday. Such as housing prices, governmental decisions ect.. For those of you who have read "Applied Economics", that is the stuff I am talking about. So I come to my question.

What do you think? Dual major in Political Affairs(3rd in nation)and Economics. Or History(12th in nation) and Economics?

Double major psych and econ

Psychology might be better as a minor, since only portions of it are applicable to economics.

History will mean a lot of essays on cause and effect and such.
Poli will mean a lot of reading of philosophers, a bunch of case studies, and it would probably be more applicable to the immediate world.

I would suggest a broad base, in whatever sounds most interesting. Leave grad school for saturation and specialization.
