what should i put in my photography portfolio

i'm currently a junior in high school. i'm interested in applying for a photography major at schools like tisch, parsons, sva, saic, smfa boston, pratt, pnca, etc. i wanted to know which of my works (if any) are portfolio-worthy for schools like these. also, i would appreciate some constructive criticism.

my photographs are on my flickr here: Flickr: helengalioto's Photostream

p.s i obviously know that a lot of the photos i have on my flickr are not portfolio worthy, so please don't look at my flickr as if it in its entirety is my portfolio!!!

I like ‘chain’ and ‘purple’ (love that). I also like ‘night’ it’s a nice candid photo of people. I’m no photography expert, just a person that likes a good pic. I like all of the floral, not sure if they’re anything special from an elite photography program perspective, but they speak to me as a normal chick looking at them.

Is that your dog? Love the dog pic also. I think put in your portfolio what speaks to you as an artist (it’s your art).
