I'm interested in medicine and business but I still have no idea what my major will be. Everyone says not to worry about that yet, but I'm applying online to colleges now and they ask what I THINK my major will be. I haven't decided yet, but it seems a little unprepared to put "Undecided." Any suggestions??

You will appear to be more focussed if you list a major. Colleges know most students switch majors, so it isn't critical. Just be sure if you indicate business, the school has an undergrad business program (many don't).

One thing to keep in mind: if the school you're applying to has an extremely popular major, econ for example, it wont help to list it as your major.

Go ahead and select a major. It should not help or hinder you - colleges know you are likely to change your mind.
