Which will you enjoy more?
You’ve covered the core areas of study with sufficient schedule rigor, IMO, so it’s a bit of a free choice.
An additional AP, one of the easier ones, won’t do much for course rigor, and schools like to see involvement in music/arts, so from a college perspective, it’s a wash.
I personally think music is a great outlet and a great skill to have for life. But Psych is also a very interesting topic, especially as you get to cognitive psychology,
So I’d just say go where you are most interested.
