What should my expectations be (low GPA, mid ACT)

I'm currently a senior in high school looking forward to attending college in fall 2014. I want to be a little more grounded before I apply to schools.

Schools I'm looking into (I'm from Minnesota):

Colorado State University - Fort Collins (parents attended)

San Diego State University

University Wisconsin - Stout (Safety School?)

Colorado University - Boulder

University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign

GPA: 2.6
ACT: 30 (I took it again but that score won't be over 32)
ECs: No ECs besides playing intramural ultimate frisbee
AP courses:
U.S. History
Chemistry
European History
Government
Comparative Politics
Macroeconomics
English Lang & Comp
English Lit & Comp
Statistics

I've passed all my AP tests and got the AP Scholar award. After this year I should get National AP Scholar.

Please give me an idea of what I should expect

GPA is really killing you.
CSUFC: Match
SDSU: High Match
UWS: Low Match
CUB: High Match
UIUC: Reach

Chance me

Is that a steady 2.6, or has there been an upward trend?

A steady 2.6 for the most part. The silver lining on my transcript is that I have all As and Bs in my AP courses.

Is it an option to go to CC first, then transfer?

What can your parents afford?
Have you run the Net Price Calculators on these schools’ websites?
You’ll be an OOS applicant for all, so even if the school admits you it will NOT provide financial aid and you’re only allowed to borrow $5,500 your first year: can your parents cover the cost of the rest?
