What should my goal ACT be for these schools?

The first time i took the ACT, without studying, i got a 25. I recently did a workshop and did a practice test on a previous official test and scored a 26. Im working with practice books and an act tutor. For this june act, my goal is to get a 27-29, and my ultimate goal is to get above a 30. (My dream is to get a 32, but im trying to stay realistic.) My last ACT will be in september.

These are schools im looking to apply to:
University of michigan (dream school)
University of Wisconsin-Madison
UIUC
Purdue
Boston university
University of washington
(I have some safety schools but theyre not listed because ill be able to get in with my previous scores)

What ACT scores would allow me to have a good chance of getting into these schools? I dont mean the ranges because I can just look those numbers up on the college website, but what scores do most people get into these schools with? For example, if the range is a 28-32 for a school, what score do most people get accepted with?

Google Common Data Set and the school name. Look at section C

UIUC has overall ACT score and broken down by college. Here is the link.

But even this info can be misleading depending on what you want to major in. Within the colleges some majors are more competitive than others. Also depends on whether you are applying in-state or OOS.
