What should my letter of recommendation from my internship say?

If this has been asked before please firect me to the past posts. Thanks.

My opinion would be, it should include what type of intern you are, how you interact with others, experiences gained and roles there, what you learned, and qualities that show you can succeed in college and beyond.

i have a question about this too. dont you only need this letter if colleges ask you for it? thats only if the teacher recs arent enough correct? i am confused

bump bump

What kind of answer are you looking for?

i thought you can only send additional supplements ONLY if they ask you to do so.

Unless they state that specifically on their website, no, you can send additional materials whenever you want. That doesn't mean they'll love it, but if it's a good letter of rec, you definitely should.

thanks guys

I've heard the saying, "The thicker the application, the thicker the applicant." If you think it'll be a really, really exquisite rec, then it's probably okay, but I would watch out for sending too many additional materials, like extra letters from internships.
