What should my reach colleges be?

I would really like to get into a good college. My stats are as follows.

My GPA is 3.851 UW and my class rank is 10/167 with the hardest course load possible.

I am in Student Council, Beta, and Tri-M Music Honor Society. I am also involved in band. I am section leader in band, secretary in Tri-M, and am running for president in Student Council. I have went to state for Solo and Ensemble, and have participated in All-Star Marching Band for two years. I was accepted in the IU Honors Program in Foreign Languages, but couldn't participate because of money problems. I am a tutor also.
SAT Scores:
Math-650
Critical Reading-520
Writing-550
(Retaking in fall)
What should my reach colleges be. I would really like to get into college for premed. Does anyone have any ideas on what reach colleges I should have. I would really like to go to University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or another top college. Any ideas?

Well in order to go to a top school, you have most of the qualities colleges would be looking for. However, you really should retake the SATS to try and get a more competitive score. Try and get 600's in both CR and Writing.
thanks

Give us some idea as to what type of school you want to go to (size, location, public/private, etc.), then you might get some suggestions that are a good fit for you.

Ask again after you retake your sat.

I don't understand how people can have good GPAs and Class Ranks and get weak scores on the SATs. My rank is 52/240 and my GPA is 3.4 UW and I got a 2200 on my first try. Is it the caliber of the high school, maybe? Will colleges notice that? Which counts for more?

^Is it the caliber of the high school: yes
Which counts for more: your score, if your school sucks.

Sorry if my SAT score is too low for you and my class rank and GPA are too high. I'm not stupid. But I would really like to go to a large college and it doesn't matter if the college is private or public.

Are you instate for UNC? If yes, then raise your SATs by 100 pts in each section and you might be okay.

In any case, apply to your state's flagship state university.
