What Size Envelope?

Why havn't i heard yet? Eckie lives in MD and i live in VA, shouldn't we get our results at the same time?

Completely rejected, no waitlist, nothing. 2040 SAT new/1390 old with a 4.4 weighted GPA. Was looking to maybe play sports at Wake too..

Haha!

(10 char.)

Sorry guys. Like wdlan said, it'll work out for the best. Good luck with your other decisions. hugs

Good to hear that they changed the envelope size. That was such a psycho thing to do...I remember "decision week" last week. I'd already gotten 3 waitlists in 2 days or so, and then I saw the small envelope in my mailbox and immediately got ticked off because I assumed it was more bad news. Turned out to not be so horrible. :)

Is the acceptance envelope this year actually big with "Congratulations" written on it?

haha im so getting rejected

I got my acceptance letter today. The acceptances come in large envelopes that say "Welcome to Wake Forest" on the bottom. Yay!

The envelope's big, but there's nothing in it. Just a letter, a map, an invite to open house, and a deposit slip. It says "welcome to wake forest" in the lower corner. It's a sweet feeling.

Those of you waitlisted, try to remember there's a certain "randomness" to it all that probably has nothing to do with you...my daughter did get in to Wake yet was waitlisted by Elon, supposedly an "easier" school to get in. You just never know for sure what factors account for a "yes" or "no," it could be something unknown like only wanting to accept a certain number of people from a certain state or area, or who knows what goes through the minds of admissions officers...
