What sort of colleges should I look into? (Low GPA with a moderately high GPA)

<p>Since the application season is coming soon, I would greatly appreciate it if would have a look at my profile and give some suggestions to my application.</p>

<p>GPA:</p>

<p><em>9th Grade GPA:</em>
Around 3.5. But I was not in United States that time.</p>

<p><em>10th Grade GPA:</em>
3.40 unweighted, 3.97 weighted

<p>I also have an national award from National Olympiad in Informatics when I was in China. I will be majoring in Computer Science.</p>

<p>Thank you for your reply. I heard it somewhere that PSU University Park won’t consider people under 3.5 GPA. Their website stated that the GPA counts as 3/4 of the decision. (Yes, I am super worried about my GPA.) How true is it?</p>

I have done some ACT mock test and I can get around 32. I have also modified my list of colleges:
Us: UIUC, Gatech, PSU, Purdue, Santa Clara, Maryland CP, Wisconsin Madison, UCSD
LACs: Grinnell, Oberlin</p>
