I am in a create-your-own major program, and I am in a little bit of a quandary. What sounds, looks, and feels more impressive to an employer: a BS in Investments or a BS in International Finance and Marketing? They are both pretty similar, just swap a few classes here and there.
I do think a major in international finance and marketing sounds a lot better. I agree, it suggests competency in more areas, and actually sounds like a broad major area. Investments sounds too narrow.
