<p>Or working out, I guess. I'm just curious because it seems like half of the college student body does nothing but drink and grow into their armchairs and the other half is ripped, never-sit-down-for-more-than-30 seconds muscle heads.</p>
<p>I play club tennis and run. And fencing when I can get it in I suppose.</p>
<p>All other sports are bourgeois. I mean, I know the masses need some sort of distraction, but any physical activity stimulates them to such an unseemly degree. Television has proved a far more effective substitute.</p>
<p>i understand recreational running or running just to get in shape, but how can you not call running a sport?</p>
<p>although it seems like ppl just run when they race, its much more fine-tuned than that. theres a ton of practice and strategy that goes into it. especially in larger races, where teams work together to ensure they have a top finisher. its much more tricky than it sounds.</p>
<p>I do track and lacrosse at my hs. I’m hoping to continue doing both in college, idk how much is required to get on the team (if they even have one, I actually haven’t even checked. I’ll go do that now.)</p>
