What subject tests would you recommend?

Next year i'll be a junior in high school, and i'm thinking to apply to Princeton. What SAT subject tests would u recommend me to take?..since the scores do matter. I'm thinking to take a math n bio, any third suggestion?
thnxs

humanities kind (us/world history, one of the "english" ones, or foreign language)...be well-rounded.
as a point of interest, what kind of major/career path would you be looking for at princeton, as there should be some sort of 'coherence', if you will.

I found US History to be relatively easy, and a lot of my friends said that Literature was really hard.

I'm gonna go with the opposite of Weasel - the science subject tests for me were extremely difficult, but literature was a breeze. That's proof that it really varies from person to person. So just take the tests on what YOU feel are your strongest subjects... you can't go wrong with that. There's no need to look "well rounded" with two good math/science scores and one bad humanities score, when you could have three good math/science scores.

Everything that kelliebm says is true. Go with what you're comfortable with, but if you think you can do just as well on a humanities test as on a science test, go with the humanities.

Take the ones that would relate to your major in college. E.g., if you are doing Engineering do math, science, if humanities, do lit, history, etc.

Math Level II, Physics, and Chemistry = Math/Science Minded
US History, English, and Foreign Language=Literature/History Minded

personally i have a weird little theory that the more balanced you seem, the better. that is, if your strength, seen through transcripts, ap scores, and other accomplishments, are science- or math-concentrated, a high score on history/lit SAT II will give you an edge, and vice versa. it just makes you look better rounded, since you are not only excelling in one area, but also doing very well in the other.

Who asks people what tests they should take?? Don't you have a mind of your own? You should know your own strengths and weaknesses.

Yes...
Take those tests on which you will score high.
Every high score helps, and shows how much you know.

Take the test that fits with classes that you are currently enrolled in. I took chem and history because I was in ap for both. Math 1 you can take any time.

i know that they only say that they look at the 2 or 3 SAT2's that you self report, but would it help if you took others and got high scores? cuz our school kinda forces us to take them as we take the classes.

"but would it help if you took others and got high scores?"

Yeah, when you send your score report to colleges, you send your entire testing history.
Thus, admissions officers will evaluate you in light of all of your scores, though they'll still place the most weight on your two/three highest scores.
