What tests can I take?

I am currently a sophomore, but I'd like to get a head start on testing. I'm planning to apply to Harvard, which requires 3 subject tests.

I am trying to find out what tests I can take.

Classes I have taken:
- Core History: World History from pre-historic times through the roman empire
- Making of the Modern World: World and US History up through the 19th century
- Math Seminar: Algebra II and Geometry
- Core Science: Basic biology/cell structure/systems
- Human Biology
- Earth & Space Science

I think if you study a bit, you might be able to take World History since you’re up to the 19th century. The 20th century is pretty important, but you have until June to study for it, so it should be manageable.

immortalix: Thanks, I’m definitely thinking of doing so.

I’ve taken some practice tests and I managed to get everything right besides 20th century questions.

In that case, are there any good prep books/sites that you recommend?

I think the AP World History review books are much more comprehensive than the SAT World History review books. I read the Princeton Review AP World History and the Barron’s AP World History in preparation for the AP exam, and didn’t do any studying afterward and got an 800 on the SAT World History a month later. Barron’s SAT World History might be pretty good. Princeton Review’s SAT World History review is really skimpy and oversimplifies everything.

Okay, the Barron’s AP World History looks like a good choice. I might be taking the AP exam too, so its worth having. I also love history, so the “overstudying” isn’t much of a negative for me.

Thanks for the help!
