I'm currently trying to register for a College Board account on their website so that I can view my scores on July 5 but everytime I enter my zip code it comes back with a reply saying "Please enter a valid existing ZIP code." I know 100% certainty that I have entered my correct city's code so I don't know what's going on. I also tried the zip code of the city my High School is in as well as the major city that those two cities are suburbs of (Salt Lake City) and neither of them worked either. Has anyone else had this problem? What actions should I take?

I seem to recall having the same problem for our tiny town in Maine. I can’t remember how we fixed it, though! Very frustrating.

The thing is, my city is not on the small side and neither is the city my school is in. Both have thousands of students taking AP exams, PSAT’s, SAT’s, etc…

I’m having the same problem and can’t fix it. This is stressing me out!!!

I just tried registering on my phone and it worked!

My son is having the same problem. Very annoying.

Originally, we had the problem using the Chrome browser on a Mac running OS X 10.9. When we used Firefox it worked fine.
