I'm in a very lucid state of mind right now so I was thinking of a few things I haven't thought about in the longest time.

I'm a UCSD student, but have visited UCI three times now in the past few weeks. One thing that struck me as strange and SCARY is the very dense, gaseous fog that seems to linger about UCI and the surrounding areas at night--especially on the freeways. I drive up to Irvine around 1am most of the time or so, and the visibility is so clouded that I can barely see 20 feet in front of me with my parking/low-lights on.

Is this quasi-phenomenon normal; or have you just experienced this recently?

Sorry about this dumb question, but I'm seriously high right now and am dwelling about this with my roommate who's never even visited UCI in his whole life.

Oyama, you see. It all started 10 years ago. It started when an innocent UCI student was going for a jog late at night on Campus Road. Then, suddenly she was hit by a car and her body lay by the side of the road as the perpetrators sped off. To this day, late at night, her ghost is still seen jogging the streets, bringing along the thick fog with her.

First of all, don't be an asinine snob. Second of all, use "stay" instead of "say."

Anyway, when did I say I didn't like Irvine? I love the city and I love my friends that go to UCI; what I don't understand is how there's always an unexpected fog rolling in at night that impedes one's vision dramatically. I don't even know where you got the impression that I didn't like 'your city.'

And that whole bit about the tsunami is literally one of the dumbest things I've heard someone say to refute something; not only is it completely irrelevant to anything I said, Irvine is also very close to the ocean, as well; if you're going to try to be funny, try not to attract laughter directed at you.

And the whole laying off drugs?--Well, I respect that, but to each his/her own.
