I lost 5 pounds in 24 hours?

I weighed 225 on Friday. Then yesterday, ate McDonald's for breakfast(deluxe meal+ate my bro's and dad's pancake), ate some korean soup for lunch. Then helped out at a can food drive for 4 hours(packing cans into boxes, some exercise). Then ate little bit of grilled KFC at 6:30P.M and then drank only water for the rest of night and slept at 12.

Weird? haha. I'll probably gain it back in a day or 2, but w/e.

I need to gain weight. I am 5’10 and I weight 115 lbs!

about 5 pounds is water weight., you can fluctuate about 5 pounds and not be worried, you’ll probably gain it back in a couple days to a week.

^Lies (to Ampere). I’m 5’8" and I weigh 130. When I started HS I was 5’3" 95.

if youre no longer growing than youre weight is pretty much stable[withing 5 pounds] unless you eat excessively or exercise excessively.

Of course the measurement a crappy bathroom scale gives out may not be stable.

yea^

and yeah, I think I’m pretty much maxed out in terms of height, and weight, i guess, it’s always been in a range.
