<p>I don't mean to be silly and re-asking a question that has already been addressed in previous threads, but there doesn't seem to be a consensus.
For EST is it 8 AM or 5 AM?
This might affect how I get to school tomorrow (taking the bus means I need to be out of the house before 8 and I don't have a smartphone) so please let me know, if you know!</p>
