What time did YOU recieve your pin info today?

wow…

they sent it to me at 10:27 AM

but it didn’t reach me til now

and i get the initial email at 10:07 about when decisions come out

yahoo is so gay

i got mine at like 10:23ish

Received my PIN and password within a minute of each other at 10:30 a.m.

I haven’t gotten mine yet. This is really depressing. Does the order of recieving email really matter? Is it likely that they will send out an email to the accepted students first and the rest of them at the last moment? If it’s true…that’s terrible. Did any of the international students gotten an email yet? (esp.asians?)…This is really depressing especially considering that tommorrow’s my 18th b-day…omg… :(

^ Unfortunately, many schools do that. The acceptance letters are sent in one batch, then the deferral letters, and finally the rejection letters

yagmurtok is an international student, you could ask him

gluck

^ thanks…:(…

^ is it really true that they’ve done the same way for the past years? it’s so depressing…

k so 10:27 am is when most people got the pin…hopefully those are the accepted pins!!! my first number was a 9 and last was a 6 with a Z thrown in there…does anyone else have a similar arrangement

Don’t try to read so much into this. remember this is the email for the PIN and Passowrd…not the actual decision ‘letter’. My son’s email was timed at 940am, but did not receive until 1230pm. Sometimes there’s just a lag in cyberspace.

I have the same message at the end of the email.
I’m almost positive the same email goes out to everyone, so I wouldn’t worry about it (:

I haven’t gotten anything…

If you do not receive an email today it probably had a glitch. Either spam filter or lost in the internet. You can email techinical support:
go to this link https://app.applyyourself.com/?id=duke-u

In the lower right hand side of the page you’ll see a link for technical support. They can email you your pin and password.

Has anyone tried to login to the decision portal? Does anything happen?

930 AM for the pin and pw
900 AM for the email about them
central time zone.

Did everyone get this in their email… prepare to be rejected??

Since we deliver our decision letters only to the applicants themselves, we expect that only the applicant will be checking his or her decision on-line. If you decide to check your decision on-line, we strongly encourage you to do so in the privacy of your own home, not at school. We believe your decision is a private matter, and for many reasons we have found it’s best for applicants to be away from friends and classmates when they check their decisions.

3:27 PM.

If the time really correlates to acceptance/rejection, I guess my decision’s the ladder. Now I want to go cry… extremely depressed

so the people who get the mail at 9:00 AM were accepted

and after that unknown?

again, this is all speculation

i got mine at 10:30 AM
and i’m international (asia)

i logged in to it, nothing much really happens
there’s a little button saying your application is submitted

same here yellowbird.
904am for info email
925am for pin and pw…just took hours to show up in mailbox.

That was in son’s letter…I think it’s just standard.
