<p>i wouldn't be surprised if they split up the times this year though. last year it took me 20-30 mins to get my decision, the site was so overwhelmed. at the point where i had time to log in (it took like 5 mins for the login pg to show up), wait like 5-7 mins, take a shower, and come back, and the decision still had not loaded, they'd be pretty justified in trying to cut down on site traffic this year.</p>
